PIEDMONTESE FAMILY TRADITION
... WITH A LOOK AT THE CASTLE
From the past to our present:

all women in the winery

Tue desire to enlarge the vineyard’s property increased year by year.
Tue eighties saw a great gowth in grapes and wine’s production.
Until 2000 our parents doubled the vineyard’ s property to 10 hectares and began to sell bottled Barbera d’Asti DOCG, which represents the hard core of our production, and other DOC wines like Monferrato Dolcetto, Grignolino d’Asti, Piemonte Cortese and Moscato.

Changes and challenges

2018 will see a complete makeover of our wine’s production line.
We reinvent ourself: new hand-drown labels, refurbishment of the old wine cellar, construction of a new one with the enlargment of the production area.

Preserving our heritage by making excellent wines
In Piedmont, where Langhe and Monferrato meet and in a “UNESCO World Heritage Site”, Costigliole d’Asti, stands the Costa dei Tigli winery and holiday farm.
Our family’s pioneer in the production of excellent piedmontese wines was our maternal great-great-grandfather at the beginning of the 19° century in La Morra, the core of Barolo’s production.

The seventies saw the birth of our family: Luciana and Fiorindo, our parents, met and settled down. That was also the point of departure of the actual winery. At that time the farm’s vineyards were about 5 hectares, inherited from parental grandparents and located in Costigliole d’Asti and Isola d’Asti… both land of excellent DOC a DOCG wines like Barbera d’Asti DOCG.
