White wine
Unique experience of wine tasting: a wonderful straw yellow color with scent of summer fruits like peach and fresh flowers.
In traditional local culture, the name Birba is given to someone who is a rebel with an original personality.
The purple headscarf of the woman represents the original soul of this white wine.
Vineyards :
Located in Costigliole d’Asti are about 30 years old. Manual harvest.
Vinification:
Once pressed the must is immediately separated from skins and begins the removal of all colour particles. After 8 months in steel tanks is ready to be bottled.
Ageing :
Due to its nature it is a good wine for ageing.
Tasting :
Unusual white wine with an intense straw yellow colour. Fruity scent above all peach and exotic fruits, it presents a peculiar perlage. The taste is elegant, crisp and juicy.

14,5% by volume
Food pairings and serving suggestions :
Best served at about 8°C in wide glasses. It’s very good with appetizers as well as with grilled meat. Excellent with fish courses.
