This wine leaves the dark purple colour of its must to embrace a wonderful soft cherry-red colour like the bow on the dress of the woman on the label.

Rosa, an invented name to sum up our soul and philosophy.

Vineyards :

Located in Costigliole d’Asti are about 30 years old. Manual harvest.

Vinification:

After a short period of maceration on the skins, the must is separated and begins the alcoholic fermentation. The wine is then aged for a few months in steel vats and bottled in the following spring.

Ageing :

Rosa is a wine which is best if consumed young to appreciate its freshness.

Soft cherry -red colour with delicate purple highlights reveals a pleasant perfume with flower and fruity notes, above all raspberry and strawberry. The flavour is dry, delicate, elegant and well-structured. At taste is balanced and presents a persistent aroma.
